I have a claim with Best Buy for HVAC repair. Sedgewick, the Best Buy Insurance Company, is not responding to phone calls. Voicemail for the Sedgewick agent are full.
Bestbuy Customer care was not able to help me either.
There has been no progress with the claim. No one from Sedgewick has contacted.
Can someone help me to make progress with the case.
