I am now on day 5 of reporting the water damaged caused by the improper installation of my dishwasher. Sedgewick won't call me, and their phone number only goes to voice mail. Why does this seem like Sedgewick and Best buy are in cahoots on this one? Make a customer wait long enough they quit trying to get things fixed.
I was told if I have the dishwasher replaced it would ultimately effect my ability to get a claim done. How much longer do I really have to go without a dishwasher? Glad I bought from best buy, $1000 and 5 days later of nothing.
