Samsung Gas Dryer awful experience

3 weeks ago I bought a brand new Samsung washer and gas dryer. It was professionally installed through bestbuy. My wife was there when they installed it, and when I get home they haven't hooked up the steam function on the dryer. I paid for an installation and they didn't do their job. 2 days ago the dryer stopped working and the heat no longer works. The dryer will run, but will not get hot no matter what I do. I have spent 2+ hours on the phone with Geeksquad(I bought a 3 year warranty) and also Samsung. They keep giving me the run around and passing me from one to the other. Finally Samsung said that it probably was not installed properly. So I call Geeksquad back and they told me the 3rd party who installed it can come and take a look, IN A WEEK!. WTH. I just spent about 2 grand on these brand new appliances and then they break. And it will take a week to get someone to come and even take a look? Why did I purchase the 3 year warranty?
