Same as all it seems.

Came here looking for answers but, seems I have the same issues as everyone else on here. Refrigerator delivery scheduled for last Thursday, 12-4. Screen shot of driver confirmation for 1:45 delivery, by 4 no call and no show. Called BB customer support. Low and behold, truck broke down. I've seen this on the forums more times than I can count. Seems as if BB needs a better 3rd party delivery service if their risking there reputation with an outside vendor. BB customer service transferred me to another rep to reschedule. I asked again why I didn't receive a call and this person takes pause to review the notes. To my surprise, they have no idea why I received delivery confirmation because according to them, it was never on the truck for delivery. It was never even picked up from the warehouse. Surprise,Surprise. Appointment rescheduled for tomorrow, not holding my breath based on what I have read here tonight. If it don't show, I'll be glad to follow up again.

No need Kristy. My order was cancelled again today. I will buy from a competent company. I'd message you to cancel the order but I have no faith in the fact BB wouldn't screw that up as well.
