SEDGWICK ghosted - I too, am a VICTIM!

HELP HELP HELP HELP - my gosh what do you have to do to get assistance with a Sedgwick/Best Buy claim?  I've sent PM's to everyone on this message board (Fey, Dave, John, etc).  I provide my Sedgwick claim number, name, etc, and NOTHING BACK.  How can Best Buy keep doing business like this?  These are the stories that are eventually featured on the Nightly News or WSJ - it's a SCAM!

 

Please please please send help.  I had 2 sets of washers/dryers delivered in October 2019.  Water damage to the floors, mold, water in the HVAC, it was a disaster.  I sent in my own estimate and then Sedgwick sent out their OWN estimator and I have NOT heard back.  I will provide whatever info needed to resolve this but I would appreciate if someone from Best Buy would actually look into it.  Not sure what else I can do on my side!!!

The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can take a few days for the moderators to work through the queue to your post. The moderators do work at the corporate campus and are wonderful with assisting customers, so please sit tight and one will be with you as soon as they can (their names end in -BBY).
I am not a forum moderator nor voice of corporate. One of the corporate moderators will be with you as soon as they can for the official response from Best Buy. The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can take a while for a response.

I can absolutely understand wanting to get this finished as quickly as possible so these repairs can begin. I see that you sent several private messages to other specialists and I have escalated this to our support team at Sedgwick for an update on the status of your claim. You will normally be contacted directly in the next two to three. Please let us know if don't receive an update!

Thank you Andrew for responding - this is the first response I've received.  I'll definitely be on the look out for an update.
