SEDGWICK NOT RESPONDING TO PROPERTY DAMAGE CLAIM

I got very bad water damage from a best buy washer installation where the guy didn't installed the discharge hoes and left the machine running a first cycle and all the water came out. I had just made closing to buying this condo that same week on June 21st and the installation was on June 25th. My deductible is 2k I don't have that money! Best buy would be responsible for this damage! But of course there's NO WAY to get in contact with the claim administrator Sedgwick. The representatives are always "busy" and no matter how many irgent message I leave they never call back or respond any calls. Stop ignoring your responsibilities! They won't go away and I won't go away and pay 2k out of my pocket when it was your installation crew negligence! This needs to be resolved ASAP!

I can understand that having water damage after an install can be difficult. While Sedgwick handles our claims process and there isn't a way to move the process along faster as they work on the claim. If you don't want actions taken against the company then you should do your job and stop avoiding responsibility when your crews damage people's properties! You will not get away with this, I and many other people won't just go away because you ignore us and ghost us on purpose to avoid paying for the damages you caused!

While I understand the frustration and would be as upset if I was in the same predicament. As the claims process is lengthy.

No one from Sedgwick responses. There's no way to communicate with them. There's absolutely no guarantee to get a reimbursement. People I this forum had have 5 months to a year (everyone can easily read all the posts about this same issue here) without any type of response from both best buy or Sedgwick so are we supposed to wait for months or years without repairing since someone from Sedgwick needs to check the damages?! Again, Unacceptable. You might as well just remove the whole claim option since you will do nothing anyways but play with people and leave then with thousands of dollars in dent for property damages your crews caused! Both companies have no shame. And also all the workers that allow this to happen! Lucky you work for them and this won't happen to you but I guarantee you'd find a way if it was you affected by this
