On Friday we had our Ring Home Security System intalled, DoorBell, 1 flood light and 2 security cameras. The door bell has not worked since installed. The device looks used, we bought brand new. We were never told there were fog issues w/ the cameras, so the other 3 are useless...we paid for all installed. Customer Service over the phone was awful and the in home person who said to call/text him w/ issues will not return our messages. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The system is just as awful as the support. I want a 100% refund and will definately not be using best buy again for anything. There are too many options now for a store to not care about their customers.
