Ordered a treadmill on 11/2/2021. Delivery set up for 11/16.
11/16 comes - no show, no call, nothing.
Spent several hours with support. Eventually set up new schedule for 11/30 (today). No show, no call, nothing AGAIN!
Spent another hour with support and no answers.
This is NOT customer service. My time is just as valuable as yours.
Starting to review alternatives - I believe nothing that support tells me.
I've been an Elite member for several years straight, and maybe it is time to sever my relationship with BestBuy. Maybe if enough people did this, BestBuy would try to recognize what customer service is.
