I made a purchase on 07/05/2020, washer and dryer because I was moving to a new location, a new house without washer and dryer. Delivery date was Aug 11th, I decided to wait because I thought Best Buy was a professional and serious company who would deliver it after a month or at least let me know in advance if something went wrong but obviously this company has ZERO CARE about its customers, someone from the store called me today August 11th when I was supposed to have my washer and dryer here and told me "Sir, I have only the dryer, do you want it?". I have been on the phone for one hour with a horrible customer service person called Dolores, has no clue how to talk to customers and how to solve problems, she told me first that the washer was shipped on July 16th but they did not receive in store, she needed to check, then came back and said "you washer will be delivered by Sep 6th", then I asked for a manager called Thieisa, she was horrible too, she talked over me, would not respond to my questions and of course, could not resolve the issue, said she did not know what happened and could not ensure the delivery by any date, WHY PUTTING IN THE FREAKING ORDER THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON AUG 11th AND CALL THE CUSTOMER ON AUG 11th? This is the most unprofessional purchase I have experienced in my life, now I have to wait a sales rep to call me to see if there are other options, this is so unprofessional and I will delete my best buy account after resolving this. I am never buying anything again from this company. THANK YOU BEST BUY.
