Ridiculous Appliance Delivery Problem!!!

We are trying to get our dryer delivered but somehow our order keeps rescheduling. Please help!
1 -  6/18 we placed the order for washer and dryer and to be delivered on 7/11
2 - 7/11 the washer was delivered, the dryer needed to be replaced because we need electric dryer instead of the gas dryer. Called Customer service on 7/13 to replace the order for the electric dryer to be delivered on 7/18.
3 - 7/18 dryer supposed to be delivered, however, there was something wrong with the delivery truck and they could not deliver on that day.
4 - Called 7/20 to reschedule the delivery again to 7/28. However, they delivered to the wrong address And called us saying that they cannot rerouted to the address . And we have to call to reschedule it again
5 - Starting from 7/28, we’ve been calling bestbuy to check in our status everyday and on hold for at least 45 mins and up. Spent minimum of 2 hours on the phone trying to find out where our dryer is and if we can get it schedule ASAP. Every time we called, they said we have to wait 24-48 hrs for them to call back but no one ever called us back and instead we had to call every single day.
6 - 8/3, we've told that our original order link was broken and they cannot reschedule our order so a new order needed to be placed. New order created and scheduled to be delivered on 8/7. And got an email again saying it needs to be rescheduled!!!!
 Where is my dryer? Why it was rescheduled again? What was the hold? No one can answer our questions!
