Return delivery/pickup - no appts available

I have a treadmill that is unusable after purchase within a month. Best Buy entered a refund order but no cust svc rep can get the pickup scheduled and I am not allowed to bring it yo the store.

What can I do? The online scheduler says theee are no avau appointments.
