Lady Lake, FL store: I Was suppose to have my new refrigerator delivered between 12-8 pm last Friday, 12/04/20. Since we have been without a refrigerator for over a month we were looking forward to getting our new appliance. No one showed up, so I contacted the store and was told it would be delivered the next day as an escalated delivery. I started calling early Sat. morning, 12/05/20, and was on the phone for over 3 hours, finally got to someone who says she was in charge of deliveries and to call Sunday morning at 7 am to get the delivery on Sunday's delivery. So I get up early, today Sunday (12/06/20) call the number and ask for the resolution desk, and getting a recording they are not open. I wouldn't be so upset but I am a disabled veteran who has medicine that needs refrigeration.
