Reschedule a delivery

Hello,

I am having trouble rescheduling a delivery. I called the 800 number and was on multiple hour long waits.

I also called the local Best Buy and theywere unable to assist me and provided me another 800 number with another long hour wait.

Can I have someone contact me instead?

Name is Robert {removed per fourms guidelines}. I don’t want to put too much other personal info on the forum.
