Request BB Customer Service Intervention

I have had no updates in 30 days on my damage demand letter to Sedgwick for a Best Buy delivery of a fridge. Damage done to two tiles in kitchen floor. Claim filed with Sedgwick same day, and pictures, delivery company admittance of damage, and estimate accepted by Sedgwick. Claim number can be given if you request it. I need resolution to fix these floors. There are safety issues. FYI:
