I would be glad to give you some more information about our shield install policy. If a shield or device like a phone is deemed defective during our Return & Exchange Promise we are typically able to assist in reinstalling a new shield. For many manufacturers we are unable to reinstall a replaced shield without charging another installation fee with the exception of Zagg. For these shields we are able to assist in reinstalling them for no fee as long as an installation was purchased on the original transaction.
