Repeatedly Postponed Delivery of Dishwasher

 

We bought a dishwashwer that the Best Buy web page claimed was in stock and could be installed the following week.  That was nearly two months ago.   

 

The first time, my husband took the day off of work.  No one showed up.  The installer called to say that there was no dishwasher. Taking a day off of work for nothing, that hurts.

 

Next, MANY appointments that are each time cancelled by Best Buy.

 

They lied to us that the dishwasher was available in order to get our money.

 

Now they waste huge amounts of our time booking us for appointments and then cancelling them -- apprently to cover up this fraud.  And they have our money.

Guess what?   We still do not have our dishwasher!   

 

There have been about TEN installation appointments.  But no dishwasher!   Sometimes we wait at home for the delivery.  No one comes.  We have learned to call to verify -- and find out that, no, it is not coming.  

 

We have an appointment for tomorrow morning and they are saying AGAIN that it will not come.

 

We have now wasted dozens and dozens of hours waiting for delivery, rescheduling appointments and on the phone with Best Buy. 

 

Right now my husband is on the phone with them already for two hours.

 

This is FRAUD.   

 

They got our money saying they would deliver the dishwasher on Sept 13.  Then literally every week since then they waste our time with rescheduling and arranging for an appointment.  We have lost substantial $$$ taking time off of work for nothing and being on the phone -- for nothing.
