I bought 2 Compustar 2 way remote start kits online and never recieved a redemption email coiintaining a key code that validated my order. I go to install the remote start and the installer is asking for this code or sku for the free install. I contacted Geek Squad at 1800 433 -5778 and they told me they didnt have the capability to look at online orders. Chatted online with customer service agents, one said talk to Geek Squad, the other said talk to the installer. I did both and got no where. The web site is not correctly set up to get Free installs when it states that the remote start has free installations included. No where on my sales reciept does it reflect that its a free install. All I need are 2 redemption codes that I never recieved to give to the car electronics installer. Thats it! After spending 2 hrs on the phone and chatting to people and not getting anywhere... I'm thinking local TV News Media attention will be my next route. If I'm having this issue, I'm sure others are too and it should have never happened.
