Refused refund for item never delivered

In August I ordered a refrigerator, water hose, washer, dryer, and installation and extended warranty for everything.

On September 11th the items were delivered. The fridge didn't fit, so the delivery team kept it and the water line and took it with them. They refused to install the dryer because they "couldn't verify where the exhaust hose went." It clearly went outside. They installed the washer in a manner that the door would not open due to it hitting a wall.

I installed the washer and dryer correctly. Unfortunately, I have not received refunds for ANY of the items in question: the fridge, water line, warranty for the fridge, or the washer and dryer install. It have been more than 2 months. I have called and emailed dozens of times. I have contacted my credit card company about disputing the charges, but Best Buy has found me every step of the way.

I am owed more than $2000 and somehow Best Buy refuses to refund me. I never received these items!!!

I am at my wits end. Their support team is not helpful. Any suggestions?

Thank you for taking the time to share this experience with us here on the Best Buy forum. I totally understand wanting to know what's happening. What you describe is far from the experience we would want for any customers, so I'd love to look into this situation further to see what may be possible to assist going forward. 

 

To make sure I'm on the same page, it sounds like you are no longer needing the fridge from the original order and prefer cancelling that entire portion of your order for refund. Is that a correct understanding? Either way, for me to review this in greater detail, I will need some additional information from you. I don't have the fridge. I never had the fridge. I want a refund for the fridge, the water line, the warranty for the fridge, and the install of the washer and dryer. It is more than $2000. Order {removed per forum guidelines}
