Refund

I ordered ipad and keybord with pen, it all was supposed to be delivered with signature. It was the Best buy who delivered it. They sent me a picture of a brown box in front of some random blue door claiming its my door. But i did not receive my package! I cant beleive my 1500$ purchase just was lost because of best buys irresponsibilty and unsafe delivery methods. I applied for refund but they told me they wont give it because they have a proof of picture that it was delivered. But that picture is not in any use because it is not even MY door! I filed a police report, and best buy still didnot give me refund. Im very disapointed with best buys approach towards my problem and donti will write abouf my situation to twitter and all my social networking platforms to raise awaranness about best buys unsafe delivery. Neither their reputation will get better nor the stocks on the market. If it continues like that, best buy will loose all customers to other better safer companies. All because of their methods to solve problems unfortunately
