Refund for an appliance not installed

Dear Best Buy Customer Service,

 

  

I need help.

 

I had purchased a Gas Range online at BestBuy.com on 05/30/21. It was scheduled for delivery and  installation on 06/09/21.  It would not fit in my kitchen and the BestBuy team could not install it in my kitchen and took it back. They have confirmed that they returned it to the BestBuy warehouse on 06/12/21.

 

SInce then, I have been calling repeatedly for a refund of the purchase but to no avail. 

 

Can you please help me? My details are as follows:

Dear Jenny,

 

  A refund of $702.76 was issues to me yesterday which covers the:

 

 (a) Gas Range and the

 (b) Gar Range Installation Kit.

 

 Thanks you for the above. But I am still missing a refund for:

 

  (c) Haul Away  $30.

 

Can you please help me with the "Haul Away" refund as well?

 

I truly appreciate all your help so far!
