Refrigerator stuck in transit for a week!

My refrigerator was not delivered when it was supposed to be and they told me I have to wait 48 hours to re schedule the delivery. It has now been a week and I am getting no where. I have called everyday since to be told that they have contacted the warehouse and they should have got back to me by now. It seems like it is never going to be taken out of “in transit” and I’m never gonna be able to reschedule it. I am getting no answers from anyone at Best Buy just that they put in a ticket and I have to wait. Even the store said they have no control, it has been two weeks since I bought it! Anybody else have this issue before?
