Refrigerator purchase

We purchsed a refrigerator on 02-11-2019 since ours went out the night before.  We set up the delivery for today Saturday, 02-16-2019 because like most people we work throughout the week.  All of our paperwork states a delivery and a haul away today.  Well according to the delivery service the haul away is set for today but the install is set for next Saturday, 02-23-19.  We have never received any notification that they changed our install date.  If we had known from the beginning that they could not install today, we would have bought from their competitor who could have delivered today.  Now they have our money and we are still without a refrigerator for another week. This is definately one of the worst experiences and customer service I have seen.

Re: Refrigerator purchase

Good afternoon, khartley62,

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances.  Having a major appliance such as a refrigerator stop working can be frustrating by itself, but to hear your delivery experience has only added to your frustration is especially disheartening.

I’d like to make sure we’re fully addressing your concerns and offering any assistance we can, but before I’m able to review your order further, there are a few pieces of information I’ll need to gather from you to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number or “Customer Service PIN” located at the bottom of your receipt

This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  As I mentioned, you’ll want to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me this information privately.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
