We purchsed a refrigerator on 02-11-2019 since ours went out the night before. We set up the delivery for today Saturday, 02-16-2019 because like most people we work throughout the week. All of our paperwork states a delivery and a haul away today. Well according to the delivery service the haul away is set for today but the install is set for next Saturday, 02-23-19. We have never received any notification that they changed our install date. If we had known from the beginning that they could not install today, we would have bought from their competitor who could have delivered today. Now they have our money and we are still without a refrigerator for another week. This is definately one of the worst experiences and customer service I have seen.
