Refrigerator delivery black hole

I am beyond able to understand my delivery issue. After many weeks and many contacts with delivery coordinator and store salesperson I am without my fridge. I feel like I am being held hostage. My new house is all but finished and we are moving in Friday but no one can deliver our fridge. “It’s too big”. We paid for and are expecting delivery and yet none. Weeks! Please help.
