Refrigerator and Microwave Still Not install

Customer service,

I have purchased my service on Nov 30, 2021. And still I have received installation service. Therefore, again I have visited Skokie location Best Buy on Feb 21, 2022. I did talk to Martin Regarding Refrigerator and Microwave installation because Travis {removed per forum guidelines} was not there previous Travis was the sales person who ordered for this purchased. Martin told me everything will be fix this time. And he informed me that microwave that you return to us that we didn’t receive. So he will work on it and will find out what happened. He told me after looking a picture of Microwave framing that you need to buy a different microwave so it will fix on that frame. And also he said that you need to pay for this microwave until we received your first purchased microwave in store and then we can process your return afterwords. So I have paid the amount for new microwave. And I have received microwave at home. But didn’t receive first purchased microwave amount return yet. Today service installation person supposed to come between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm but no one showed up. I did talk to Martin over the phone and ask him why no one came. He also don’t have answer for this. And he said that he will call me back. I am very frustrated with Best Buy Skokie service. Repeatedly it happens. Please let me know what to do on this situation. Do you guys have any complaints center where I will register my complaint on this repeated service inconvenience to customer?
