I recently purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Best Buy. It was delivered to my house. After it had been unpacked, I noticed that the front had a dent and the corner of the refrigerator is very dented as if the package had been dropped on the corner. As the delivery was left on my porch, there was no way to refuse the delivery; though the damage would have been difficult to spot without unpackaging the whole refrigerator.
I would like to know what my options are for purchasing a new-conditioned item and receiving a damaged one from Best Buy. It's not feasible to bring the item to the store for an exchange due to lack of transportation options.
