Receipt says one delivery date but never came

We ordered a new electric range and when we completed our order the receipt gave us a delivery day and window. We never heard prior to the day confirming this date/time. Now that the day has arrived we received a text to schedule delivery that we were told was already scheduled. If the range was out of stock or delivery was delayed that would’ve been fine if we were told up front. The fact that the receipt and check out process scheduled a day for us that was obviously fake is absolutely ridiculous. We have tried calling support but it is closed each time we call. What is the best way to have Best Buy fix this issue?
