Soooo unprofessional!!! Sedgwick had already agreed on a settlement after the Greek Squad hit a wire when mounting my living room TV.  I have emailed and left phone messages but no call back since the agreement of $817.14 was agreed upon on 10/30/18. {removed per forum guidelines} is supposed to have taken over my account but I havent spoken to him. Plr5ase if anyone can help me.

Welcome to our forums!  Thankfully, it hasn’t happened to me just yet, but I imagine having any sort of damage occur within your home would take me for quite a spin.  There’s no doubt I’d be wanting things to be fixed up right away, so while I’m glad to hear Sedgwick was able to address your case in a timely manner, I’m disheartened to hear you’re still waiting for a few loose ends to be tied up.  Not to worry, though; I’ll be glad to offer a helping hand here.

  • Sedgwick claim number
  • Order number, or
  • Customer Service Pin from the bottom of your receipt
