100% agreed, and I am currently going through this exact same process. Deliveries scheduled, missed, and then me being blamed for not being home, when guess what, i live in a building with someone on the door 24 hours a day.

 

My delivery window for today was set at 12-6PM, I just received an email saying they would be here at 10:55 AM, which they are not. Now they are unable to be reached by Best Buy support. 

 

I will never buy anything from you again that requires in home delivery, and I will recommend my friends do the same.
