Same thing here, took out a line of credit to buy a TV scheduled for Saturday. Sat at home all day Saturday, No Call; No Show; No TV; No Refund on credit line. Called Sunday "Oh very sorry we will fix this; credit your account; etc but we have to wait 24hr from delivery window to see what has happened we will call you Monday" Now it is Tuesday night No call; no text; no email. I am now on my third hour long call with overseas support I can barely understand (sweet lady though!) and she see's the Sunday rep's notes but as far as she can tell the TV was delivered. ABSOLUTE FARCE of support... I'm 2+ hours into multiple calls wasted a whole day at home instead of running errands and now I have debt and no TV...... What kind of business is Best Buy running; I have tweeted their support and called multiple times. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HOW HARD IS THAT

Keep your eyes on that appointment manager, mine shows they closed the delivery, and yet NO TV, I live in the country no one stole my TV its just GONE, no notes; no calls; just gone along with my money.
