Re: What a crap company

I too am extremely disappointed in the service that I have received from Best Buy. I have been expecting a delivery of appliances (washer, dryer and dishwasher) due to an electrical storm that killed these appliances. I ordered 3 weeks ago and continue to be put off on delivery. Totally frustrated!

Welcome to our forums.  My apologies for the delayed response to your post, as we've been experiencing a slight backlog on our Support Forums over the past few days, causing us to reply to our customers a bit later than we'd typically expect.  I know whenever I make a major purchase, like the appliances you’re referring to, I expect them to arrive on or near my estimated arrival date, so I completely understand why you’d be frustrated with this three-week delay. 


Since posting to our Support Forums, were you able to receive any additional assistance regarding this appliance delivery service?
