I guess i should consider myself lucky. I ordered a washing machine and they never delivered it. They even sent me an email telling me they are on their way. The email confirmation to track the order doesn't work. The Geek Squad confirmed the delivery address was correct no one there could call or contact the delivery driver. They need a manager to do it. They said they escalated the issue to a manger and they would call in a couple hours. The store manager said he would track it and make sure it was takebn care. another 36 hours later and no response from anyone. 

Sounds like I may have dodged a bullet since it sounds like there is incompetance all the way around.

Welcome to the forum, though I wish you had found us under better circumstances. I know how exciting purchasing an appliance can be, so I'm sure you were eager to receive this washing machine. With busy schedules, it can be difficult to ensure you're available for appointments, making it all the more crucial that we meet these appointments for our customers.
