BestBuy, what is an update for my order???

 

I just got a call from a BB representative who informed me that my delivery will be on April 2023!!!, where two weeks ago I was told it will arrive on Nov 22nd, 2022, and disconnected once I asked him for more explanation.

What GREAT customer service from BestBuy?!?

After your investigation please publish *publicly* how are you planning to help me to resolve this ridiculous situation?

I don't want to hear this is out of BestBuy hands and move responsibility to product vendor etc. I bought all items in BestBuy, not in Thermador, so BestBuy is my primary contact, and if you folks are not able to handle your vendors I guess there is a way to change what you are selling in your shop if you are not able to keep promise once the client is buying some items in Best Buy, and you are keeping clients' money for months! How are you planning to compensate for this? Just wondering...

As we have discussed, the products that you ordered were ordered directly from the manufacturer, as they are special order.  The appliances are on backorder by the manufacturer until Spring of next year. When you worked with Kadian, he attempted to escalate your issue with the vendor and the vendor responded that they would not be able to fulfill the request. The options currently available to you are as follows: wait until April of next year when the manufacturer has produced the products for your order, choose different appliances, or we can cancel your order. Those are the options available. Please let me know which of the three you would like us to pursue. 

 

Best Buy does not guarantee stock on any item, including special order items that go on backorder. Should you decide to continue with your purchase, we can discuss a make good for your experience once all items are delivered to your residence. 

 

I await your decision.

Your reply, as well as others from your team about this subject, has NO VALUE at all.

 

How you will compensate me for keeping my 20K+ USD for months, and not delivering items, which I was told will "take just a few weeks" when buying all In BestBuy, back in April 2021 ??!!???

 

This is unacceptable what BestBuy and Thermador doing...

Since the manufacturer has backordered the product through no fault of Best Buy, there are three options that we have discussed at length. You may wait until the Spring when the manufacturer resumes assembly of the products, you may select other products, or you may cancel your order. Best Buy does not guarantee stock availability of any product, so you would not be compensated that your item went on back order. Make goods are discussed after the delivery of the products. Please let me know which of the three options you would like to pursue and I will be happy to assist you.

In this case why you are still offering their products in BestBuy, if there is no fault from BestBuy????

This is very disappointing what BestBuy is doing!
