My Thermador order was in April 2022.. Today we have 10/20.2022 and I am still waiting for the range/hood/dishwasher, and get every month same update from BestBuy - "we are sorry...etc", and moving delivery day.
BestBuy Team how is this possible? I paid back in April 2022 ~20K and I still don't have appliances...
Looking forward to your update and resolving this issue.

It looks like many ppl complain the same, what is going on, and how you can resolve our concerns? It is not right the customer pays in advance and gets Thermador appliances a year later...
Looking for your ASAP resolution.
