We ordered 2nd September ,delivery on 9/15/2018 between 8-12pm . We missed our work because of delivery but now is 1:30 pm nobody showed up.Now nobody picking our phone and not getting any response.while we paid in advance. I called multiple times to the head office also but did not get any proper response.Very bad and poor service.

Welcome to our forums.  I can certainly understand your disappointment after missing a day of work to await the delivery of your purchase, only for it to not arrive as expected.  We expect any sort of issues with a scheduled delivery to be communicated to our customers to avoid any further disappointment, and I regret to hear this wasn’t the case with your delivery.

Unfairly dealing

I phalwas {removed per forum guidelines} residence {removed per forum guidelines} bought a washing machine and Dishwasher  on dated 9/2/18 from Best Buy  # 2638 ,160 W Ridgely Rd Lutherville Timonium ,MD and I paid $950.13 including installation charges order no {removed per forum guidelines} . This delivery was supposed to be on 9/15/18 timing 8am-12pm . I got a call from installation company( third party) phone no {removed per forum guidelines} that we are coming tomorrow for drop off. I took leave from my work and waited up to 1 pm but nobody showed up and neither did a get call from anyone. After that I called Best Buy no 1-888-237-8289 and came to know that somehow system changed the appointment from sept.15 to now the 28th, automatically for the same time.
         Dated 9/27/18   I got a  message from Best Buy that installation company is coming tomorrow and also got a call from installation company saying they are coming tomorrow for installation .This time my wife took off from work but nobody came  neither we get any call from company . Around 2 pm We called Best Buy 1-888-237-8289 and Ms Tanisha (expedition Dept)  told that your Dishwasher was damaged when the pickup crew went to get it that is why nobody came for delivery. When we had picked out the dishwasher, it was in good condition without any scratches or problems. Now they gave us new  date  10/13/18 timing 8-12 pm for installation and asked us to go store and buy an other Dishwasher to replace the damaged one they didn't pick up. We went 10/07/18 and asked Best Buy outlet store to show us our previous dishwasher but they refused. Once again we spent lots time and picked out a  new Dishwasher from Best Buy store. Once again,  We took a day off for the next delivery date. On 10/12/18 I  got a message from Best Buy that installation company is coming tomorrow between 8am -12pm. But in the evening, I got call and a text from the installation company notifying us that this Dishwasher has a scratch on the front door, and if we would still like to continue with the pickup/ delivery for this item. This surprised me because when we picked the dishwasher out, there wasn't any scratches . I am still in shock and disbelief to see how that scratch developed, as we had paid hundreds for this item without a scratch and it was due for delivery. So we refused the delivery because we did not pay hundreds alone, for a scratched up item. I am very much frustrated and fed up from Best Buy Outlet store because I spent $950.13 dollars 45 days ago , not to forget the two times I drove to the Outlet store 55x2 (110 miles) ( Belcamp to lutherville) to first purchase and to replace the Dishwasher and also three times took leave from work. But unfortunately still I am being treated unfairly with horrible customer service. I need justice , I will appreciate your help .

Three time they set appointment and I took three time leave from work . I am still do not know what you people doing. You are using my money from 50 days for your I am loosing and suffering because of Best Buy . I need justice for this.
