My wife and I ordered a 65" TV from Best Buy and waited 6 and a half hours for it to be delivered. When I called late in the delivery window to check the status of the delivery I was told it had been delivered. They even told me they had taken a picture of the TV after the delivery. I would love to see that photo. I would aslo love to see the signature of the signee for the delivery. We live in a townhome community with units that look alike and there are many unit 101 numbers in our community. Perhaps it was delivered to the wrong 101. What I do know is that they did not delivery and set it up at our address. We also paid to have the stand put together and connected.

After a month, I finally did get a refund from the Estero Best Buy store. The manager handled it well.
