Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry that you had such a bad experience at your local Best Buy regarding your screen protector install.
To be clear, if a screen protector was installed by us and it needs to be replaced, the reinstallation will be free as long as there is a receipt indicating that you paid for the initial install. In many cases we can look that receipt up if you no longer have a copy. What is not covered is the screen protector itself. You’ll generally need to go directly through Zagg to get your replacement, or purchase a new protector.
