We had a new refridgerator installed at the end of March 2022.  It was installed with the old water line and it leaked on our hardwood floors in the kitchen, hallway, den, and through ther ceiling of our finished basement.  We filed a claim asap. We have waited until June to hear Sedgwick was reviewing our claim.  As of today, they have not responded to our follow-up emails.  It has been over a month since they were reviewing our claim.  Why is this taking so long.  Our hardwood floors bowed and they were removed.  We cannot have friends or family over in fear they will trip and fall where there isn't any hardwood floors.  Do we need to get a lawyer or can someone help me get to the right person to get this resolved?
