We are going on (4) months with a claim. We have submitted photos, all requested information and quotes. This is insane. Segwick Insurance claims do not respond. We need get this resolved.

Our Claim number is 4A22058V488-0001. Our claim was FINALLY approved by Sedgwick after 4 months of doing battle. I have never seen this many mentally incompetent people working for one company. The check was sent to the wrong address. The idiots never confirmed address after I signed the payout agreement.
I have reached out to them 3 times over 3 different days and all I received was - crickets!
I really need to get this wrapped up and a check sent to the proper address. This has been mentally draining.

I filed my claim in June and have not heard back. I keep emailing the customer service email address asking for a status update and no one responds. I'm so frustrated.
