Did you ever get your claim resolved? I am going through the same thing and it's been 2 months now and all I get are replies from the multiple emails that I've sent saying that they have forwarded it to the leadership team but I have yet to hear from anyone specifically regarding my claim and what they are going to do to fix it. I water in one of my air ducts that leads to the floor vent from where the laundry room flooded and so I've been breathing in mold and mildew since this mess happened all because of the negligence on Best Buy and their terrible third parties that they use.
