I ordered an oven on June 7th that was supposed to be delivered on June 22nd. They brought an oven with shattered glass. They couldn't install a damaged item, so the delivery guy tried to contact his supervisors to get another one for us that day. His support staff kept hanging up on him so he told us to call. My husband and I have been calling different support numbers, the shipper's number, the installer's number and an appointment showed up for today between 7am and 1pm. At almost 3pm now, nobody can find our oven, we've been transferred to several support people who have hung up on us, and one even told me that he would have to charge me $100 to find the oven for me, and then said that he would send someone at 7:30pm tonight to fix the glass. There is no glass to fix, because we have no oven. BestBuy stole $2000 from us and now won't give us what we ordered.
