I purchased new applicanes for my kitchen and the Best Buy installers in installing the over the range microwave oven bracket put a screw right into the oven range wiring. I have not heard back from Sedgewick and I have not been able to use my new oven for almost 2 weeks. I have been having to eat out, and have food delivered. I am disappointed in the installers/deliveres that Best Buy had outsourced with XPO as they should of inspected properly prior the area prior to drilling in the screws for the micowave rack and determining where electrical lines run.
