That department is totally non-responsive. Initial contact regarding claim on 11/15. Provided all info they requested but no contact since 12/3/19. Tried phone, e-mail, contacting supervision etc. No responses what so ever. This is a multi thousand dollar damage claim. Claim Sedgwick #{Removed per forum guidelines}.
Best Buy should square tham away if they continue to use them
