Re: No response from Sedgwick claim department

I am having the same problem with my claim. When I call Best Buy for - I get shuffled all over to different departments because no one can help. Finally sent to Sedgewick where no one answers the phone and are NON RESPONSIVE to my voicemails. 

 

I provided pictures of the damage as requested by a representative at XPO Logistics who emailed me for this information. They were unresponsive to my follow up inquiries--all 4 of them - and I did send with a read rexceipt which was confirmed. 

 

I need the claim handled right away.

Welcome to our community forums. I know if I were in your shoes I would want my claim to be resolved as quickly as possible. While these are processed by our partner, Sedgwick Claims Management Services, I would be glad to see if we can assist you in getting an update on the status of this.
