I have had the same issue, only My claim has been ongoing since Aug 2021. I call and email Sedgwick daily to try and get updates or just speak to someone. After a year I have gotten some communication only for them to stop communicating again. We had Viking appliances installed and there was significant damage done to our new home during the 8 attempts to install. We have had claims adjusters from Sedgwick asses the damage and still they delay the claim. I have had the supervisor of Sedgwick work on this. On Sept 9th I finally got a phone call from the supervisor saying it would be complete and at latest I would have it solved by the following Wednesday. I got no call, and after a week was told they needed additional information. To date 13 months later and being stuck with all the damage to our band new home, no one will take care of this claim. I need help.
