I am experiencing the exactly same thing. I bought refrigerator, washer and dryer from bestbuy.The deliver man just left without calling me. I did not see any call from them but they said they called me. This is so disapointing. They have my phone number in correct. The only thing the bestbuy costomer service provided to me is asking me to reschedule. Bestbuy does not value my time at all because my delivery has been rescheduled twice. Each reschduling adds more than a week of waiting time. I do not recommend to buy appliances from bestbuy at all. The delivery is a nightmare. I have been waiting for my appliances for a month.

I am having the same issue. I bought a few appliances from Bestbuy online. The delivery man just left without calling me. I did not receive any email or messages regarding the status of the delivery. They just asked me to reschedule but the rescheduling adds another week of waiting time. I have waiting for my appliances for a month. This is so bad and ridiculous.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like you’ve spoken to another one of our support teams prior to posting on our Support Forums. Just so we’re on the same page, were they able to assist you in getting this delivery rescheduled?
