I have a similar experience. Delivery scheduled for 4/9/2022. No call no show. I am very annoyed and will NEVER order from this company again.

I am not interested in dealing with Best Buy. I have contacted the credit card company to report this.

Doing this will only prolong the support process. The moderators have graciously attempted to reach out to you from Corporate. It would be in your best interest to cancel your dispute and work with the mods directly.
