Got a confirmation to have a T.V. mounted on a wall. Given a 7;00 A.M. to 1M window. No one calls no one shows. Call number on E-mail confirmation. Person tells me she will connect me to the third party vendor. Wait 10 minutes no reply. Call back number on the confirmation e-mail person connects me to text support. I explain situation and I am told that the installer has 24 hours to complete the order. I ask then why do they give a window. No reply. I said I can't cancel another day to wait for installation. No reply. I said I want to cancel the instillation said they would get back to me. No call.
They have the money for the instillation but I seem to be unable to get a refund. I will not be a repeat customer.

I was to the 7am - 1pm window is 7am - 8pm (when Best Buy closes).
