Re: No Show, No Calls, Cancelled Order

Do you guys have a number to corporate. No show , no call cancelled delivery on me and I had no ideal. Customer service don’t care . It was a oh well attitude. I will never shop at best but accounts. I have options

With that said, what you describe with your delivery order is certainly far from ideal, so I’d like to ensure this feedback is taken into consideration internally as we continually work to improve for the future.

Customers have options. BEST BUY the company needas to know that. You have not resloved my problem when you gusy had the service breakdown,
