I wish I had read this earlier so I could have shopped elsewhere. I ordered a washer from Best Buy a couple weeks ago and have now been through two very frustrating no-shows. Both times I received text messages confirming the 6-hour window!? I rearranged or cancelled other plans to be available and nobody showed up or contacted me to let me know they would not be coming. After sitting on chat with customer service for another hour after the scheduled time, they rescheduled for 4 days later noting that the delivery company must have noticed damage or missing items upon inspection. They noted that their system was not set up to send notification of cancellations!? How backwards is that! For a company that is supposedly tech savvy, they can't even figure out how to text or call me when they cancel my delivery? Next delivery is scheduled for another 4 days from now. I'm being patient offering up a third strike, then they are off the list for good.
