Hello Mustang00guy,

 

Did you ever get any resolution to this problem?  We are having a similar issue and was told that someone would contact me a regional manager and never heard from him.  I am filing an official complaint with the Florida Division of Consumer Services.

@dsouder this doesn't show what I posted only the title so I can't really tell you if I got resolution or not because I posted it so long ago I don't remember what it said

@dsouder I just went and looked and yes I did get a resolution with the store manager
